In recent years, Uzbekistan has been pursuing a systematic course toward creating a law-based, secular, democratic, and social State – the New Uzbekistan.

Alisher Kadirov, head of department of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ISRS), expressed this opinion during the Uzbek-Turkish roundtable on the topic: OTS and prospects of Uzbek-Turkish strategic relations.

This opinion was expressed by the First Deputy Director of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ISRS) Akramjon Nematov, participating in the work of the conference of CIS analytical centers “New Agenda for Long-Term Cooperation”.
