On November 28, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for the city of Ashgabat. At the invitation of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the President of Uzbekistan will take part in the Fifteenth Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization.

The agenda of the event includes issues of further enhancing multifaceted interaction within the organization in priority areas: trade, investment, green economy and innovation, digital technologies, transport, logistics, tourism and others.

During his stay in Turkmenistan’s capital, the Leader of Uzbekistan will also hold bilateral meetings.
