At the UN Headquarters in New York City, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) and the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies (ISRS) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Today, a serious challenge to sustainable development and international security are the negative consequences of climate change. The severity of this problem is evidenced by the fact that this issue is being raised more and more often and with even greater urgency from the UN rostrum.

December 4 this year at the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a meeting was held with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Latvia to the Republic of Uzbekistan Reinis Troksha, Director of the First Department of Bilateral Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Uldis Mikuts and Advisor to the Department of Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Latvian MFA Raimonds Vingris.
