Leaders of Uzbekistan and Russia hold a phone call
On September 14, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
The current issues of further strengthening Uzbekistan – Russia multifaceted cooperation and strategic partnership were discussed. Views were exchanged on the regional agenda in the context of the emerging situation in Afghanistan.
The Presidents also reviewed the schedule of the upcoming meetings.
