In his greeting communication, President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping noted that he attaches “particular significance to the advancement of Sino-Uzbek relations”, greatly values the deep friendship that has developed. The Chinese leader expressed his willingness to pay a state visit to Uzbekistan and, by joint efforts, to raise the bilateral multilayered cooperation to a qualitatively new level.
President of the Republic of Korea, Moon Jae In, has stressed that the active contacts and exchanges in progress, the coronavirus pandemic notwithstanding, are suggestive of “the true meaning of a special strategic partnership between our two nations.” The South Korean leader expressed confidence that “owing to close cooperation, we will overcome the crisis, and bilateral relations will reach a new level of development.”
