This was stated by the representative of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Aziz Tatybayev at the conference “Uzbekistan – Germany: New horizons of cooperation” held in Tashkent, timed to coincide with the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Germany.

Experts from leading analytical centers in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and America, who arrived in Uzbekistan as observers to the referendum on constitutional reform, were invited to the international conference “Uzbekistan – Germany: New horizons of cooperation”, in Tashkent.
