Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan Presidents talk over the phone
On January 10, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The heads of state exchanged views on the current issues of cooperation and upcoming joint events.
President Tokayev informed about the current situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the measures taken by the government to stabilize the situation in the country.
The Leader of Uzbekistan once again expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
The parties expressed confidence in the soonest restoration of peace and stability in fraternal Kazakhstan.
