President of Uzbekistan and the UAE Prime Minister note broad opportunities for the development of multifaceted cooperation

On December 2, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the Vice President, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The Leader of Uzbekistan warmly congratulated the UAE Vice President on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the state and expressed sincere wishes for well-being, sustainable development and prosperity.

The high achievements of the UAE in all spheres and areas of socio-economic, innovative and humanitarian development, as well as the country’s growing prestige in the global arena, were emphasized. All this is once again confirmed by the events of the World EXPO in Dubai.

The President of Uzbekistan and the UAE Vice President noted the broad opportunities for further strengthening the traditionally close and friendly bilateral ties, as well as enhancing the multifaceted partnership, primarily in trade, economic and investment spheres.

Much attention is paid to the promotion of promising joint projects in high technologies and innovations, green energy, trade and logistics, as well as in disclosing intellectual potential.

An agreement was reached to continue an active dialogue and full-scale cooperation in all areas of interaction.
