This article provides analyses of the reforms in Uzbekistan since Sh.Mirziyoev became the president of the country. Article outlines main trends in Uzbekistan’s economy, socio-economic development and political processes.  By admitting the problems that existed before so-called «renaissance», the author emphasizes importance of structural reforms carried out in the country since the end of 2016.  Moreover, it contains the evaluation of Uzbekistan’s reforms by leading foreign experts and analysts, including international financial and human rights organizations and political experts.
