The official meeting ceremony of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov has taken place at Kuksaroy Residence.

Presidents Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Sadyr Zhaparov posed for photographs, and then rose to the podium.

National anthems of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan have sounded. The two leaders walked along the guard of honor.

Then the Presidents met in a contracted format. 

As previously reported, Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Sadyr Zhaparov will consider the entire range of issues of further development and strengthening friendship, good-neighborliness and strategic partnership.

At the extended meeting, the delegations of the Leaders of the two countries will discuss the current issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, as well as prospects for further development of collaboration.

Following the talks, it is envisaged to adopt a Joint Statement of the Heads of State, as well as sign intergovernmental and interdepartmental documents.
