The Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held meeting with the delegation of the Chinese academy of international problems (CAIP) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China headed by Vice President Xu Jian.
During the conversation, the sides exchanged views on the prospects for bilateral relations in the context of the results of the first state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoyev to China in May last year, as well as further development of the SCO. Great attention was paid to international initiatives of Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring regional security and development in Central Asia.
