The dialogue on information security issues involved leading experts from among representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, scientific, academic and analytical circles of the Member States of the Organization.

Director of the Executive Committee of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure Ruslan Mirzayev shared his opinion at the event:

– To date, the fight against cybercrime is the youngest and most rapidly developing branch of international law. Therefore, deepening cooperation in this sphere is one of the most important areas.

Special attention in countering existing threats should be paid to the development of an international legal framework that serves to ensure not only active cooperation, but also security and protection.

Information security is an integral part of ensuring the life of the individual, society and the state. In this regard, in the context of the worldwide introduction of digital technologies and the steady development of the online activity process, the organization of this forum is of great importance.
