ISRS and KazISS signed a Cooperation Plan for 2025

On October 28, ISRS hosted a meeting with the director of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerkin Tukumov, who arrived in Uzbekistan as international observer of the parliamentary elections.

During the conversation, the parties discussed current issues on the bilateral and regional agenda. The importance of further developing expert dialogue to facilitate the implementation of the agreements between the heads of the two states was noted.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to continue working together to find new directions and drivers for the development of Uzbek-Kazakh cooperation. For these purposes, a Cooperation Plan between ISRS and KazISS for 2025 was signed.

The plan provides for participation in joint events, preparation for the upcoming 8th meeting of the Central Asian Expert Forum, as well as establishing cooperation in other promising areas of mutual interest.
