On March 14 this year at the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Higher School of Strategic Analysis and Forecasting of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a training seminar was held on the application of modern methods for studying global and regional processes. Particular attention was paid to scenario analysis, the possibilities of its use in the preparation of forecast analytical materials, and consideration of specific problems of regional security in Central Asia.

The organizers of the training workshop expressed their confidence that further exchange of experience and knowledge will contribute to improving the quality of analytical work, development of scientific and methodological potential of research institutions.
