On October 25, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov.

The Leader of Kyrgyzstan sincerely congratulated the President of Uzbekistan on the successful holding and convincing victory in the Presidential elections in the country. Wishes of peace, prosperity and progress were expressed to the brotherly people of Uzbekistan.

The Presidents discussed the progress in the implementation of cooperation projects in trade, economic, investment, transport, communication and humanitarian spheres.

The issues of the regional agenda were also considered.
